right click on your picture
open with Microsoft picture editor
click edit photo button
on right select compress picture
put the dot in for website
tap enter
save as web-photo name
edit other ones or close,
when asked if you want to save changes say no, if you want the original left intact.
Upload these reduced space web photos as per normal
Chris's method of upoading photos onto the wiki is more efficient and easier than my orginal instructions below!

To upload photos, documents or files:
Click on Edit this space.
On the tool bar click on little tree diagram.
Place cursor on Upload New Filespace
Click on browse; select file/photo by clicking on upload.
Your upload file/photo will appear in the popup
To insert the photo into this page, select insert the file and then double click on the photo.
It will appear on this page Note - I just tried this out... the photo needs to be sized after you have inserted it. Do this in the usual way from the corner or start with email size photos.
